Making Payments to Us
No contract will subsist between you and unlocking blackberry for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until unlocking blackberry accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time unlocking blackberry sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
In the event of an item no longer being available, unlocking blackberry will offer an substitute to the same value. You have the right to reject that substitute and have your money refunded. Your right to cancel
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods as long as it already hasn't been shipped. You do not need to give us any reason for canceling your contract.
Return of the goods is at your own risk and cost. Recorded delivery is recommended, as unlocking blackberry cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.

Once you have notified us that you are canceling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 7 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of the delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Cancellation by us

Postage and packaging
Postage and packaging rates are clearly displayed on the site and are automatically included in your order. Where substitute goods have been rejected and returned postage will be refunded up to standard recorded delivery rates.
If the goods are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or of incorrect quantity, we will have no liability UNLESS you inform us within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
If you do not receive the goods within 30 days of your order, we will have no liability unless you inform us within 40 days of your order.
If you notify us of a problem, our only obligation will be, at your option:
To make good any shortage or non-delivery
To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective
To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Not withstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
All use of server is at owners own risk. Always make sure you download the latest version of the client software on the day of usage. For customers who have a 3g sim in 2g phone and it wont work in a newly unlocked phone there is no refund unless proven via developers to be a bug. Its the handset owners job to check this before proceeding with unlock.
Events Beyond Our Control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
